• EULA and Terms Compliance: Before participating in any tournament, you must:
  • Read and understand the game publisher's End User License Agreement
  • Comply with all restrictions on competitive play or tournaments
  • Respect regional restrictions, age ratings, and usage limitations
  • Accept that game publishers may restrict or prohibit tournament participation
• Anti-Cheat and Fair Play: You agree to:
  • Not modify, hack, or cheat in any third-party games
  • Not use unauthorized mods, scripts, or exploits
  • Comply with all anti-cheat systems and fair play policies
  • Accept that anti-cheat violations may result in bans from both the game and freshIvories
• Account Standing: You must:

  • Not participate in tournaments if you have active game bans or restrictions
  • Immediately notify us if your game account is suspended or banned
  • Accept that game account bans may result in freshIvories tournament disqualification
• Tournament Authorization: Before organizing a tournament, you must:
  • Verify that the game publisher permits third-party tournaments
  • Obtain any necessary permissions or licenses from game publishers
  • Ensure the tournament format complies with game publisher guidelines
  • Understand that unauthorized tournaments may be removed without notice
• Consequences of Non-Compliance: If you violate game publisher terms:
  • You may be banned from the third-party game platform
  • Your freshIvories account may be terminated
  • You may lose tournament prizes or rankings
  • You may face legal action from game publishers
  • freshIvories will NOT be responsible for any consequences

Game Integrity

All players must:

• Play fairly and honestly
• Follow established domino rules and game procedures
• Respect opponents and maintain sportsmanlike conduct
• Report suspected cheating or rule violations
• Accept referee decisions and final results

Prohibited Gameplay Behavior

• Cheating, hacking, or using exploits
• Collusion with other players
• Intentionally losing games (match-fixing)
• Using external assistance or coaching during matches
• Disrupting games or tournament proceedings

Tournament Rules

By participating in tournaments, you agree to:

• Follow all tournament-specific rules and requirements
• Be available for scheduled matches
• Accept tournament bracket assignments
• Participate in good faith until elimination or completion
• Respect time limits and scheduling constraints

User-Created Tournaments and Organizer Responsibility

User-Created Tournament Disclaimers:

• Organizer Sole Responsibility: Tournament organizers are SOLELY responsible for all aspects of their tournaments, including but not limited to:
  • Tournament rules, format, and structure
  • Participant eligibility and verification
  • Prize fulfillment and distribution
  • Resolving disputes between participants
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • All costs and expenses related to the tournament
• No Platform Liability: freshIvories is NOT responsible for:
  • Quality, safety, or legality of user-created tournaments
  • Prize fulfillment or any disputes regarding prizes
  • Tournament outcomes, results, or disputes
  • Organizer misconduct, fraud, or failure to deliver prizes
  • Any claims, injuries, or damages arising from user tournaments
• No Agency Relationship: Tournament organizers are NOT agents, employees, or representatives of freshIvories. We do NOT endorse, verify, or guarantee any user-created tournaments.
• No Payment Processing: freshIvories does NOT provide Stripe or any payment processing for user-created tournaments. Any payments or prize distributions are handled entirely between the organizer and participants, independent of our platform.
• No Gambling Promotion: freshIvories does NOT promote, facilitate, or endorse gambling, wagering, or betting on tournament outcomes. User-created tournaments must comply with all gambling laws in their jurisdiction.

Tournament Organizer Obligations

If you create or host a tournament, you agree to:

• Clearly communicate all tournament rules and prize details to participants
• Fulfill all prize obligations exactly as advertised
• Handle all payments and financial transactions independently
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Indemnify and hold harmless freshIvories from any claims arising from your tournament
• Not misrepresent the platform's involvement or endorsement

Third-Party Game Publisher Compliance and Tournament Authorization

• User Responsibility for Game Compliance: Before creating or joining a tournament for any third-party game, you MUST:
  • Review the game publisher's EULA and Terms of Service
  • Check for community tournament guidelines or esports policies
  • Obtain any necessary permissions or authorizations from the game publisher
  • Ensure your tournament complies with all game publisher restrictions
  • Understand that some games prohibit or restrict competitive tournaments
• No Platform Verification: freshIvories does NOT:
  • Verify or guarantee that tournaments comply with game publisher terms
  • Obtain permissions from game developers or publishers on your behalf
  • Monitor whether tournaments violate third-party game policies
  • Provide legal advice regarding tournament authorization
• Game Publisher Rights: Game developers and publishers may:
  • Prohibit tournaments or competitive play for their games
  • Require explicit permission for organized tournaments
  • Restrict prize pools or entry fees for their games
  • Take action against users who violate their terms
  • Request removal of tournaments from third-party platforms
• Organizer Indemnification: Tournament organizers agree to indemnify and hold harmless freshIvories from any claims, lawsuits, or actions brought by game publishers or developers regarding unauthorized tournaments, intellectual property violations, or EULA breaches.
• Platform Compliance Actions: If we receive notice from a game publisher that a tournament violates their terms, we reserve the right to:
  • Immediately suspend or remove the tournament
  • Terminate organizer accounts without refund
  • Cooperate with game publishers in enforcement actions
  • Provide user information as required by law or valid legal process
• Examples of Restricted Games: Many game publishers have specific tournament policies. Common restrictions include:
  • Nintendo games often require explicit tournament authorization
  • Some publishers prohibit tournaments with entry fees or prizes
  • Certain games may be restricted to official esports events only
  • Mobile games may have different rules than PC/console versions

freshIvories-Hosted Tournaments (Platform Prizes)

For tournaments officially hosted by freshIvories where the platform provides prizes:

• Prizes are awarded at our discretion based on tournament results
• Prize distribution may be subject to verification and eligibility checks
• We reserve the right to withhold prizes for rule violations
• Tax obligations for prizes are the sole responsibility of recipients
• All tax reporting and compliance is the winner's responsibility

Participant Protection

Before joining a user-created tournament:

• Verify the organizer's reputation and track record
• Understand all rules, requirements, and prize details
• Be aware that freshIvories cannot guarantee prize fulfillment

Subscription Services

Premium features may require subscription:

Payment Terms

• No Control Over External Platforms: Social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) are independent third-party services. freshIvories has NO control over content, communications, or activities on these platforms.
• User-to-User Communication Risks: If users communicate via posted social media links, they do so entirely AT THEIR OWN RISK. freshIvories is NOT responsible for:
  • Conversations, messages, or content shared on external platforms
  • Scams, fraud, or malicious activity on social media
  • Privacy violations or data breaches on third-party platforms
  • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct via social media
  • Financial transactions or exchanges on external platforms
  • Identity theft or impersonation on social media
• Verification Responsibility: Users must verify the authenticity of social media accounts themselves. freshIvories does NOT verify or endorse any social media links posted by users.
• Premium Feature Only: Only premium/paid subscribers can post social media links. This feature may be revoked if abused or used to violate our Terms.
• Link Content Policy: Users may NOT post social media links that:

freshIvories and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

• Software, algorithms, and game mechanics
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• User interface and design elements
• Tournament formats and scoring systems
• Documentation and content

Third-Party Game Trademarks and Intellectual Property

• Trademark Ownership: All product names, game titles, company names, trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third-party games mentioned on our platform are the property of their respective owners. The use of any third-party trademarks does NOT imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those trademark holders.
• No Implied License: freshIvories does NOT claim any ownership over third-party games, and the use of game names on our platform does NOT grant any license or permission from the game developers or publishers. User Content

• Tournament Entry Fees vs Gambling: While user-created tournaments may have entry fees, these must comply with applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction. freshIvories does NOT process payments and is NOT responsible for the legality of any user-organized events.
• Compliance Required: All users must comply with local, state, federal, and international gambling laws. Users who violate gambling laws risk immediate account termination and potential legal consequences.

Technical Violations

• Attempting to hack, break, or circumvent our security measures
• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots
• Reverse engineering our software or systems
• Accessing our systems through unauthorized means

Content Violations

• Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Impersonation or identity theft

Service Abuse

• Overloading or disrupting our servers
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating ratings

  • Sharing of personal information with malicious actors
• Official Communications Only: freshIvories staff will NEVER ask for payment, passwords, or sensitive information through external platforms. All official communications occur through our verified platform channels.
