Official rules and regulations for all freshIvories tournaments. Ensuring fair play and competitive integrity across every event.
All participants must have a verified freshIvories account and meet age requirements (18+). Registration closes 1 hour before tournament start.
Matches are played in standard Big 6 Fives format. Best-of-3 for regular rounds, best-of-5 for finals.
Each player has 60 seconds per turn. Clock starts after the previous tile is placed.
Single-elimination format. Brackets are seeded by ELO rating. Top 8 players receive byes in large tournaments.
All players must treat opponents with respect. Toxic behavior, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct results in immediate disqualification.
Use of external tools, bots, or any form of assistance is strictly forbidden. Accounts found cheating are permanently banned.
Players may only use their registered account. Account sharing or transferring is prohibited during tournaments.
In-game chat must remain constructive. Sharing game state with outside parties during live matches is not permitted.
Players must be ready at scheduled match time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. Failure to appear results in a forfeit.
60 seconds per turn in standard play, 30 seconds in speed tournaments. Auto-play activates when time expires.
Players have 2 minutes to reconnect after a disconnect. If reconnection fails, the match is forfeited. All moves are recorded.
Any disputes must be reported immediately via the in-game report tool. Admins review game logs and issue rulings within 24 hours.
First-time minor violations receive a warning. Three warnings in a single tournament result in disqualification.
Cheating, harassment, or account fraud result in immediate disqualification and account suspension pending review.
Disqualified players receive no ELO adjustment. Forfeited matches count as a loss with full ELO impact.
Players may appeal rulings within 48 hours by emailing admin@freshivories.com with evidence and match details.
